DETAILS: 60 minutes beach skills training with trained elite beach coaches.
*Learn basic beach fundamentals
*Get comfortable in the sand
*Learn to toss and catch with lighter balls and understand feel of the volleyball
*Hop skip and jump utilizing all muscles
